Strengths
Weaknesses

Once all staff is cross trained, separate Dan and Clyde

Everyone is not able to remember everything when being cross trained
Conduct a meeting with Dan and Clyde

Dan and Clyde can talk about their problems with each other and gives me a better clarification of what’s going on

It could make things worse
Team building project

It could build them closer together and they can put their differences aside to get the work done

Everything can just fall apart and they can get absolutely nothing done
Threaten Dan and Clyde that they will lose their job if they don’t solve their differences

They will still be able to work together knowing that if they don’t their job will be at risk
Dan or Clyde might quit
Set the standards

Everyone will know what is expected of them so no one can be blamed for another person’s mishaps

It could cause production to slow down if there are other employees who work at a faster pace
