The massage therapist began the therapy by massaging the top of my head and then moved to the torso muscles where they were more stiffened; it became a little painful, especially on the back and shoulders. The most important thing is that you experience inner feelings of serenity, gratification, and peace. I felt that I was free of worries and comfortable as there was nothing around me. Therapeutic massage helped me to achieve a great level of body and mind balance.
Massage therapy would be helpful to make people feel more relaxed and contented. It helped me to relax so I believe it would also help others. Perhaps, even helping people to decrease depression and promote a healthier style of life. This modality also encourages you to organize and map your thoughts to have better attitudes towards daily issues. In addition, it would help people to connect with themselves and others.
