Relocation to Germany after my wedding to a German National in December 2012 was the time when I decided to top up my five years of Defense management experience with a formal training in Business methods and etiquettes that only an MBA would impart. Prior experience in the technical arm of Defense services included work in diverse management issues, manpower management, training of subordinates, planning of resources and projecting requirements to various MNCs for designing customized defense grade solutions. On completion of my engineering degree in 2005, I decided to join the technical branch (Signals) of Indian Army. I worked with Indian Army for five years and these years helped me to gain experience in all sort of man and material management. This, coupled with my experience of working for people from different cultural background, made me capable of nourishing a collaborative mindset to work with, and work for, different kinds of people across the vertical. This unique blend of experiences has elevated me to a vantage point that gives me an original point of view. An MBA focusing on leadership and global experience from Mannheim Business School would coat my experience so far with a veneer of holistic understanding and help me to achieve further career objectives and eventually contribute towards my final entrepreneurial goals.
