Annick was born on May 16, 2004. There were no complication with the pregnancy the child was healthy. The father reported that Ms. How-Boyd stayed home for six months to care for the child before returning back to work. He indicated when Ms. How-Boyd returned to work, the child was cared for by a babysitter. Mr. Boyd reported that the parents always worked. He stated that he worked between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Ms. How-Boyd worked from 10:30 a.m. until about midnight. He indicated that he cared for the child after work, while the mother cared for the child in the morning. He stated that the parents continued this schedule for a period of time.
