Examine:
The experience I am reflecting upon in for this journal was when my partner and I were helping to transfer a patient to the bathroom. Upon first examination of the patient and with the information given by the daughter who was with patient we discovered that the client had fractured her hip but has been able to get up with little assistances the last few days. They also discussed how many students found a decreased confidences in their abilities. (Koontz, Mallory, Burns, & Chapman, 2010). When comparing my experience to the one that the students from the article I can see a lot of similarities in the way I was feeling compared to how they felt. The feeling of any increased responsibility of not only being able to complete skills effectively and proficiently along with all of the extra medication information and background knowledge need can be quite overwhelming and from this article I know that it is not just me but most nursing students. In contrast to the decreased confidences the students felt, I feel like although I also felt a decrease in confidences at some points it also helped to boast my confidences when I was able to do thing
