3. How is human capital different from social capital? (pp. 8-10)? Human capital is the productive potential of an individual based on their knowledge and actions – it’s very skill based. Social capital is the productive potential based on relationships, trust and cooperative efforts – it’s based on a person’s “social skills”.

Work based development opportunities such as job rotation so the employee can learn how other teams function.
