I possess a Bachelor of Science degree, in biology, from Georgia College and State University (GCSU).
Although I have been working in the customer service realm, I have been given a tremendous BOOST in my communication as I function upon a multi-dimensional communication system. In which I communicate with customer and representatives, through telephone, email as well as verbally to make sure that the scope of the business flows properly. I also spend most of my time communicating with top business executive S to assist our customers and clients as best as we should.
I also possess the research capabilities needed for
this position, as I participated in an independent capstone study, during my undergraduate years at GCSU. My study was done at Sapelo Island, one of Georgia’s barrier islands. In my role as a researcher, I expanded my experience in scientific research, data analysis, and evaluation, while expanding my time management, organizational, and presentation skills. In this position, I collected and analyzed water samples, while using the YSI Professional Plus, to calculate salinity, pH, and temperature at different time intervals. At the lab, I created agar, grew bacterial cultures, prepared slides for viewing, using a compound microscope. My findings were documented daily in a log book, and were presented in an organized presentation with pictures and data about my research.
