Military Bombing Creative Writing

It's been seventeen years since most of humanity was wiped out. The people that survived are hardened and cooled. Sometimes I wonder if living people are worse than the infected ones. I don't know how long I have I am in pain but that's the last thing on my mind. two weeks ago I went into a store to get what little i coled find. I heard infected inside but I had a UV light and these things burn in sunlight. UV lights work but mine was low on batteries and could give out but i didn't see any infected but the floor looked rooted but I saw some cans of what looked like chilly. So I took the risk and started walking over to it when hand came up from the floor and grabbed my lag. I fell and broke thro the floor and fell into the basement five infected
were sitting there but i noticed that they were the second stage of infected. The second stage of the infected is when the fungus grows over the hole face of the infected and they use sounds like a bat to detect their prey so before they cooled get me i made my watch go off and i throw it as far as i can and they chased it as i stood up i notice there were spores. I got my gas mask but i fell on it along with my UV light I climbed out as fast as i could but as i climbed I stepped on a piece of wood and it fell. I heard fast footsteps and screams running toward me. I tried to pull my leg up as fast as i could but i wasn't fast enough and i felt hands grab me and teeth senk into my lage but befor thay could pull me down a I felt a hand grab mine and i gut pulled up I heard gunshots and saw the infected claps on the floor. Before i could react and take out my knife a man dressed in all military grabbed me and handcuffed me to a rusted newspaper michen.
He took all my stuff and pulled out his gun and was ready shot me when a woman came out and stopped him then she turned to me my name is Sam I can help you. (chapter two) It was almost a whole week till we finally found signs of Atlanta from the bridge we were on the city looked destroyed. I decided to ask Tom a question i didn't ask befor. Hey Tom why were the military bombing the cities when the evacuations were not done his smile from his story he was telling erler faded and he said it wasn't just bombs the first commander made what he called the kill order and he asind all civilians infected or not with us or not to be killed and the troops in the city's to kill anything on site. As he said that he was looking out the window at the destroyed city. Are truck broke down but we were only a mile or two from the CDC. Tom told us to hurry because it was about to turn night and he was right being in the city at night was suicidal and we would be torn apart in minutes. We finally made it to the CDC but it was
destroyed.
Sam started crying I started looking around for a place to hide during the night Frank couldn't look away from the mess and Tom he saw a dead body of what looked like whatever was left of a military troop and he started taking his frustration out on it he was kicking and then he turned to me and said we can rebuild i shook my head then he said it won't be hard we ca- before he coled finish he sentences a shot rain out and Tom fell to the ground with a hole in his
head. I screamed RUN and in the corner of my eie i saw Frank step on something we missed erler he stepped right on a landmine and blew back i didn't want to look i saw some people in the CDC I pulled out my rifle and shot one of the guys he claps and then i saw in fear them opening up a cage full of infected and they started running toward us we ran as fast as i could i told Sam to follow me but there was no answer so i turned around and right before a infected jumped on me I couldn't see Sam. The infected that was jumping on me bite right into my shoulder. As it bite me i heard a shot and at the same time the infected clapped i ran into a house and ran up to the attic and brock the latter. And now i'm here i have two choices i could sit here in this smyly atic. I could go down stairs and just let them get me. Or use my last bullet to make sure i don't turn all these choices suck but i think i know what i'm going to have to to do. I don't want to die getting torn apart and i don't want to be one of those things. To anyone that finds this don't go to the CDC i'm going to carve that on the wall.
