Cycling grows with you. As a kid, your bike was your car almost. You could go anywhere you would like. Going to your friend's house, you could do that. When I was younger I would ride to my friend’s ,it’s was about 5 miles away. I remember those rides with my sister going over to my friend's house. As you get older riding still makes you feel like that seven-year-old riding to you friend’s house.
The key to keeping the youthful glow is great health. If you find the workout that you love, it does not turn into a chore, it turns into something you love. My favorite workout is mountain biking. Does not matter if it's a short couple of miles or a long 20 miles ride. The ride just feels so great. Even if your legs are burning still feels spectacular. Even if you have a sprained ankle you can still bike. It’s great for all ages because it's low impact workout.
To conclude, I love to ride my bike. I rather spend hundreds of my bike rather than my car. It’s a great workout for all ages, it’s a low impact workout. You can feel like you are flying like a bird. We are American and we like your freedom, biking gives you a great amount of freedom! Just let your inner kid come out and go for a

After a twelve-hour work day, rushing home to the kids and to cook supper, is there ever any time to exercise? The benefits of exercise strongly outweigh the reasons to sit on the couch and eat potato chips. Most of our population is not only obese but out of shape. If a person is five feet four inches and two hundred pounds does not mean they are out of shape. They may not be in their average suggested weight, but if their muscle percentage is more than their fat, then they are above most of the population. Muscle weighs more than fat, so gaining muscle means gaining healthy weight. Exercise is addicting and fun, once you see the results, it is hard to stop. Even though we have such busy lives, finding time to make ourselves healthy is important.…

I will confess I enjoy my treadmill. As well as the free-weights set we recently purchased h-AS been fantastic for my legs. But for years we did with significantly less. I felt so happy and free that my mind focused a lot on my problems and made me think more clearly. I guess that the most important thing about it was that. I would just put my mp3 on and raised the volume all the way up. Think about everything and wonder why it was so hard for me to understand life. I also took in count that biking made me stronger! Every day I got better and better. Good exercise meant I was healthy. A bike can…

In my essay, I will be demonstrating how learning to ride a bike is like learning to grow up. When learning how to ride a bike there are many steps that one needs to take before one can ride a full-size bike. One starts out learning on a tricycle, and advances to training wheels, and then on to the full-size bike. Growing up shares many similar characteristics of learning to ride a bike.…

I understand how you might be attached to your shoddy little Fiat, with its blinking light in the dashboard (which you probably have no idea about what it’s trying to tell you is broken now) and that you don’t really want all that money that is draining away down that petrol stained plug hole. I mean, I can just see that the money you would save on fuel when you bought the bike-you’ve-always-wanted is just going to be a hindrance. Professor Joseph Blogs of Peckham University states that, “Motorbikes can use as little as 50% of the fuel a car would in the same journey.” All that money would just clog up your brain, as you struggle to think of new ways to spend. And I know that you just love to get stuck in those traffic jams, making you late for work, while your air-con packs in. I see everywhere I look, as I weave my way in and out of your lethargic beasts, the smug smiles on everyone’s lips. Isn’t it just the best feeling when you arrive at the office before anyone else? Oh, wait. You wouldn’t know!…

We rode those bikes almost every day after school and on the weekends as if the bikes were going to disappear if we didn’t ride them. My uncle owned a small piece of land that we spent our days riding around on, which was his back yard. We would often open the front gate so that we could race from the back yard to the front from time to time. But because I didn’t live with my uncle I didn’t get to spend as much time riding the dirt bikes as my younger cousins did. They became more skilled and more knowledgeable of the bikes than I as time went on.…

Well, the path that I was riding on was full of hills and my legs were burning. It was not a leisurely bike ride but a vigourous and difficultone. It was exercise! And when we exercise our bodies release endorphines--the thing that gives us that great energy rush. You can't buy endorphines in a bottle, you can find them in a pill, you can't wish them or fake them. You earn them.…
