Mrs. Stanley Observation

Mrs Stanley has a moderately restricted ROM across multiple joints that substantially affects functional ability to walk.

Mrs Stanley was observed to walk up to 60m unaided, and at a moderate pace with slight stiffness in the body.

Observed to walk at a moderate pace.

Mrs Stanley was observed to ascend and descend the stairs at a slower pace, with signs of hesitation. She used the handrail and walked with alternating feet on ascend and feet by feet on descend.

Mrs Stanley was observed to walk and talk, with pronounced signs of discomfort and at a slow pace.

Mrs Stanley was observed to walk and talk with a moderate level of pain.

Mrs Stanley was observed with mild SOB, and able to walk and talk with IMA, no rest stop was required.
