My College Goals

Every practice, every drill, help you prepare for the big game. High school and tests, help you prepare for college. College is like a game. It requires hard work, determination, and desire. When you win points in a game, it’s like getting a good grade on a test or assessment. Education is how I define my cultural identity, and how I foresee myself in the future. College is coming up in my future, and I cannot wait. I can’t wait for the dormitories, higher level of education, and degrees. In addition, I can’t wait to belong to a higher level of society and community of education and knowledge. In order to get there though I have to achieve many goals. My main goal is to receive a high GPA every semester of high school. From that, I can make separate goals, like getting good grades and finding the right college for me. In a volleyball game, just like having to get 25 points to win, I need a good amount of goals in order to get into a good college. Another goal of mine, dealing with my education, is to get as much
Medical school is not unlike a tournament. In this tournament, I would play a bunch of games, hopefully, all ending in a win, but that might not necessarily happen. I have wanted to go to medical school for a long time and my goal is to do well in medical school. Just like how I want to win the tournament. I am pursuing to be accepted into a great medical school, because I want to be able to get a well-paying job in the future. The thing I am really looking forward to is to learn about the science of the body and how to help people, because that is why I chose to become a doctor. Equally to how I wanted to play volleyball. The thing I am most looking forward to in medical school is the internship opportunities and new hand on experiences. Just like, everyone knows, with any sport, that games is so much better than practice, because it is the real, exciting thing that you look forward
