My Contribution To The National Honor Society

If I am selected for the forty acres scholarship, I will take as much of it as I am willing to contribute. This would be an incredible amount because I enjoy growing as a person and with others around me. I like doing this in order to create a community of highly impactful individuals that will positively change the communities around us. I already do this in my high school with the National Honor Society by volunteering for different events around my community in forms of beautifying, reforestation, and giving back to my fellow citizens. I also expect to work together and collaborate ideas with my fellow peers to pursue our goals of completing a post-secondary education that not many high school students around the nation have the opportunity
I am one of the highest achieving individuals in my school, both academically and personally. I am ranked 22 out of 351 in a very competitive group of students while being in a STEM program, and at the same time taking dual-enrollment courses in South Texas College. In addition to this, I also hold leadership positions in the National Honor Society (NHS) as the Vice-President and in Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) as the Battalion Commander. I show maturity, leadership, and ambition and I believe that I could be a beneficial and highly impactful member to the Forty Acres Scholars Program because I could share everything I have learned with my peers while learning from them as well to ensure success and growth as people. I look forward on growing big with knowledge, wisdom, and experience that I could then use to hold leadership positions and spreading them to my organizations to create scholars and impactful individuals that will seek not only ambition and a great community, but also harmony and
