Statement Of Purpose: The National Honor Society

The National Honor society is a highly esteemed organisation that is in high schools all across the nation. It gathers students who are already upstanding citizens in their school and community and establishes a sense of selflessness into the youth. The National Honor establishes leadership, selflessness and strengthens the character of their members, which benefits the future of our nation.

If I am accepted into such an established organization, it will be a great honor. It gives me the opportunity to help out my school as well as my community. As well as meet students who share similar goals and ambitions as myself. I will try my best to help with the fundraisings, and do as much community service as I can. If accepted, I'll contribute
my ideas and strong work ethic to the organisation.

As for service ideas I have a few. We should try and do some fundraising to send water bottles to Flint Michigan. Being that they are currently in a crisis where they don’t have clean drinking water. Sending water bottles is the least we can do to help out the people. Another service idea that I have in mind is tutoring other students who need help. This way, more people have the chance to succeed in high school and possibly join this organisation. Since the holidays are approaching we can do a toy drive to put a smile on little kids faces.
