My Essay About My Writing Process
My Writing Process
I always start to work on my writing project with thinking about what is my position about the subject or topic. After that, I try to brain storm and bring my thought on a pepper. This will help me to have a concept and base that latter I can add or subtract necessary sentences to the pepper. I like to when I use writhing application like word process because it helps me to correct some of my grammars issue as well as it does help with correct spelling. This is a part I’m doing pretty well as I learned before as writhing process.
The step which is more difficult for me and I need to put more time for it is drafting and editing. But as I learned some tecqniq in last semester I am seeing some improvement. Now after I finish

Out of all the steps in my writing process, I believe prewriting was the most helpful. In prewriting you’re supposed to let your thoughts flow without stopping and making changes. So because I didn’t take the time to stress on proper grammar and more, I was able to start my first draft faster. Prewriting also helped me narrow what I wrote into groups, in this case the importance of rice in my family. Not only did prewriting help me narrow my writing into groups, but it also helped me, who was struggling, to find topics to talk about.…

Per your request, I follow the writing process without difficulties by finding out what my audience would like to hear, their likes and dislikes are important when it comes to writing a successful paper. Once I captured my audience attention, I find writing to be less difficult and easier to achieve at my writing goals. In the writing process, taking the right steps in the writing process is what makes it less difficult to follow and easier to challenge. Having a strong thesis is what I’ve learned to followed without difficulties “The first step in the process is to decide which steps in the process to follow, and how.” Locker-Kienzler, pg. 135…

I have learned that revising your writing makes it way better than before. You find your mistakes and realize you can replace words such as “bring to” to a different high vocabulary word such as “cease”. I know now that there is no way to make your paper perfect. There will always be a word, words, or sentence you could change. In addition, I’ve gained a better understanding on passive and active sentences. Once I was done writing my paper, and began to reread it I found some passive sentences. All I did was revise the sentence which helped my writing flow better. Initially, I read the first paper I wrote for the Quarter 1 Writing Assessment and I noticed that I didn’t follow the directions completely. As I read on, there were many simple sentences and not many transitional words.…

A jumble of mixed ideas all buzzing about in my brain, I look for the best way to organize these thoughts, and eventually, I am successful. That is the basis for my writing process. I would say my most memorable writing assignment, or rather the most fun, would have to be when I was asked to right a narrative story about a little boy and his adventure. Other than the guidelines given about the character being a little boy and the plot being that of an adventure, I was left to my own imagination and 3rd grade writing prowess to construct the perfect story. Apart from an expanded vocabulary and a better understanding of the formatting for an essay, I still use the same tried and true writing process that was drilled into my young mind and produced the greatest adventure story at Felix A. William Elementary School.…

Good writing to me means knowing what you are doing. By this I mean you know how to use good grammar, punctuation, etc. I think a good writing piece will also have a noticeable start, body, and end. You know you have written something well when it clearly makes sense and there aren’t errors.…

My writing process all depends on what I am writing. Some writings I can sit down and write the whole things and be done with it, while others can take me multiple days or even weeks. I normally sit down and work on it until I finish, get tired of it, or a hit a roadblock. I try to stop when I feel like I am writing the same thing over and over or if I feel like I just need a break. Most of the time, if I feel like I am writing and it is really bad, it is because it is and I need to take a break and come back to it later. Working on it in pieces normally works well for me, to break it up and take it a little bit at a time. I normally struggle when I do not like what I am writing about or when I run out of information to put in my writing. I…

Over the course of this year in English, I think my writing process has excelled the most along with my overall writing. In the past, I have used similar techniques to develop a final essay, but, this year, I have begin to rely more heavily on planning out and slowly chipping away at my essays and papers. I believe also that because of this planning the strength of my writing as a whole has grown. Personally, I do not think that I grew in my vocabulary usage. Overall this year, I grew as a writer in ways that I would not have predicted.…

I feel the material I have learned in this course has qualified me to have met the WST requirement. When I initially started this course I felt like my writing was about average, not weak, not strong. My ideas about writing were relatively simplified, and my understanding of different writing styles and concepts were quite general. However, throughout each assignment within this course, I felt my writing skill and understanding become significantly stronger.…

Through Advanced Composition my writing skills have grown immensely. I have become a more vibrant and expressive writer while still being aware of the subtle nuances of grammar and mechanics. I learned how to view writing as a process, rather than just a goal. I wrote a personal memoir about a game of chess I once played with a friend(Benchmark #1). In this paper, I learned how the value of outlining, and listing as part of the writing process. I had to approach a mediocre story with a fresh new perspective.…
