My Mother and Me
Do you have the type of relationship you want with your mother? I believe that a mother is a protector, provider, and always there when you need a shoulder to cry on. Besides the fact that we have a big family she tries to be there for all of us and gives us her whole heart. For that reason, I am stating that my mother is my best friend and I wouldn’t know what to do with out her. Even though we have our moments, our relationship is steadily growing. My mothers appearance, personality, and cooking skills makes her a very special person to me. First, my mothers appearance is drop- dead gorgeous. When she walks into a room you can see a glow around her that shines bright like a diamond. When she is in your presence you can tell that she is blessed and highly favored because her posture and attitude is confident. This 5’9 pure beauty always matches her clothing from head to toe. Also, when we go out of town she always has herself presentable and her makeup is always on point. Not only is her appearance organized but she has a rock kicking personality as well. Second, my mother’s personality is very witty. She is intellectual in books, common sense, and even the everyday street life. When I’m down in the dumps she always know how to cheer me up. She can bring a smile to your face no matter how you feel. She is very kind hearted and will help anybody that is in need, even if it means giving them her last. One thing in particular about my mother is that she never bites her tongue for anybody. Even though somethings may come across harsh, she is always truthful and tells it like it is. Finally, my mother’s cooking skills could put McDonalds out of business. Everything she cooks is home made and makes you want to go back for more. The delicious smelling aroma fills the entire house. She learned these amazing cooking skills from her mother, and I often watch or help her so I can carry on the legacy. My favorite thing for her to cook is her scrumptious home-made red

The characteristic of my mother is none of what I have seen in other people .She has a unique character from my point of view. At times I view her as being a role model to me. The characteristic that I value in her is that the quick instinct that something should be done if there is a problem, her skills as being a house wife, and her reaction to a situation. One daywhile my mom was driving me to school she noticed that the car's tires lacked air and the car wasn't moving as usual then she quickly stopped at the nearest car station to get some air as she was filling the ties with she then noticed that one of the tiers had a leak. Luckily for her the gas station we were at repaired tiers after we exchanged the tiers we were on ourway to school. If it wasn't for my mother's quick instant we could have got stuck in the freeway. My mother influenced me though her unique characteristic to become what I am today a hard working person.…

My mother was one of the most beautiful, elegant women you could have ever known. The image of her, will forever be etched in my mind. Her beauty was very alluring, and her face was very captivating. Her high cheekbones caught your attention, because of the statuesque bone structure. My mother had the face of a movie star, very similar to the famous Lena Horne. She had fawn skin that could be described as “beauteous bronze," or "chocolate cream chanteuse." Mother was graced with looks that most women envied. Her hair was a medium brown color, it reminded me of an autumn leaf as the sun sets on it. I remember other women asking her what she had done to her hair, it was so shiny that it would the catch shimmers of light as she glided down the street. She had very wavy, long hair that cascaded down her shoulders like a fountain.…
