ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The completion of our internship would not have been possible if it were not for those people who helped us in each day of our stay in Manila. They are the ones who guide us especially since we are in a completely new environment. We were not use in having an urban life. We acknowledge their support and contributions. First and above all, we would like to thank God, our father, for guiding and providing us strength and compassion in the tasks that we are supposed to accomplish.
His given knowledge helped us consummate every deed that was assign. He kept us safe all throughout our stay in the city. Our respect and gratitude goes to our parents, who not only provided for our shelter and allowance but also for their trust and support. They are our inspirations in everything that we did. They never failed to show their love and care even when we are apart from them. Words can never be enough to thank you for the things you have done for us.
We would also like to thank our OJT coordinator, Ms. Rosanna C. Bince for her support and encouragements even from the moment we took our internship. She always believed in everything that we are capable of doing. Her conviction gave us confidence to do things that at first seemed impossible for us to accomplish.

We will forever be grateful to the hotel. It is such an honor to be able to work in such a prestigious organization. Our boss and supervisors were friendly enough to have any burdens at all.
Lastly, we would like to thank our co-interns for their kindness and assistance. They helped us when things were not clear for us to understand. The whole internship would not have been this memorable one if it were not for our co-interns. We developed friendship, which I think is one of the best things in having our internship.
