I always tried to propose activities that draw my student’s attention in order to keep the engage with the lesson. The big problem I faced during this process is that the teacher, most of times made us deliver classes without previous preparation. Hence, the interventions sometimes did not work properly as I did not have the chance to plan them. Notwithstanding, the couple of classes that I could planned, worked as expected, as the classes for the observation as well. Additionally, I have acknowledge that sometimes my voice projection is not the appropriate for the space in the classroom which makes difficult for some students to listen to me.
In terms of my strengths I would include that I have the capacities to build good rapport with my students which makes them feel comfortable and committed with the classes and with their learning process. In terms of teaching, I would also add that I am creative, and always have ideas to carry out in the classes, in order to avoid monotony during the lessons. I have always think that in order to have my students engage I need to be involved with the activities that I provide.
