1) The overarching goal/purpose for my personal life is: to love God and to love my neighbors. In Matthew 22:37-39 Jesus said, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence.’ This is the most important, the first on any list. But there is a second to set alongside it: ‘Love others as well as you love yourself’ (MSG). If I can learn to love God with every aspect of who I am then God will work in and through me. I will be able to become who God wants me to be and I will be able to love myself in a healthy manner and then be able to love others. As I learn to love others as I love myself there will be healing, relationships will be restored, and most of all counselees will begin or renew their relationship with God.
2) My three highest spiritual gift tendencies are: perceiving/prophecy, encouraging/exhorting, and administering/leading. So I tend to be more bold, initiating, and encouraging.
3) The overuse of these gifts sometimes causes me to talk too much. It happens when I tend to explain things over and over again assuming people can’t understand me. I try to explain it many times till I think they understood it. I tend to expect too much from people not taking into consideration what they are capable of or what their gifts and talents are. I also tend to become a fighter (arguer) when things don’t go my way or I see something I don’t like. I usually fight when I get attacked I won’t let people walk all over me or push me around.
4) My highest personality profile plotting point in Graph 1: “D” Graph 2: “D”. I tend to plan and prepare more than others but I don’t always communicate it well to others. I am decisive with what I want and the task before gets done.
5) The overuse of this type sometimes makes me apt to intimidate and offend at times. I don’t set out to intimidate or offend people. Because I love to tell the truth of God and have no fear in proclaiming the truth, and being
