My Silver Leadership Challenges
One of the aspects that makes my Silver Leadership Challenge unique is that I had two coaches. I started off my first coach April Marshall. We had three coaching sessions before I switched to my second coach, Ericka Gonzalez. Both coaches have proved invaluable to helping me discover my potential and guiding me during my leadership journey.

One of the hardest experiences of my journey was switching coaches. Although I was making progress with April, I found April and I’s styles did not work well together. What I needed from her and what she had to offer did not align. After a few days of thinking it through and weighing the options, I decided it would be best to seek another coach.

    The company I currently work for is Henry Ford Health Systems West Bloomfield MI. And the President is Lynn Torossian. Lynn has only been with our company since December of 2013. Lynn has several leadership styles that have made a positive impact on me. One of the leadership styles that Lynn uses is Participative also known as democratic leadership style.
