Some managers use this assessment when hiring people to see what kind of employee they are and if they are best suited for the job. Employees use this assessment to improve their knowledge on certain personalities and how their co-workers respond to certain situations within the workplace. Managers would benefit from this test as they would be able to understand the way their employees act within the workplace and would be able to set up training programs to improve communication between workers and their managers. Managers also use the Myers-Briggs assessment to identify who can become a leader within the workplace such a director or who needs improvement to reach this stage.
