Because it's my dream to become a NFL wide receiver one day, I wanted to research more about game day preparation, week of practice and offseason. What skills I need? What training I need? What colleges are best? After putting together all the stuff I wanted to learn, I focused one question: What do I do to give me the best chance for making the NFL. My research brought me to the answer, I can prepare for games in practice by giving a 100% every play. My research process was painfully fun, I found it was hard to figure out what question to use since I had three good questions. These players usually loft twice everyday except Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tuesday because they get the whole day off for rest. Saturday is off because they don't want injury before game day along with resting before the thing you have taken a week preparing form. There is nothing worse then when your team starts out flat and falls behind two touchdowns at the beginning of the game. And obviously Sunday because you have a game that day. They start the lifting with re-hab and core this is crucial for injury prevention. Then you start doing dynamic lifts which is lifting fast quick like power lifts. To end weight lifting you do auxiliary lift which are lots of weight that requires a spotter or personal trainer. Players then enter the practice facility where they use the JUG machines these are big machines like they use in 5th grade baseball to pitch the ball to you. Except these ones are big enough to put football through. To use the machine the player must go one knee and put his had right in front of the machine this helps the players with hand strength and their ability to catch the ball. The receiver s call it "man hands". Unfortunately realizing this is not just doing good but it's damaging fingers because when the ball comes out fast and your hands are right there and the ball could hit your finger weird it
