In general, differences make balance in life and create and develop ideas. Without differences, life would be boring and expectable. At the same time, similarities join people together, strength intimacy feeling and reduce difficulties. The number of similarities between me and Ghazal is more than that of differences. We both have the same nationality; we are Syrians. The restaurant we have chosen; Naranj, has a Syrian character which we are used to. Having the same age and being in the same college, I and Ghazal almost like the same restaurants and places. Differences do exist because of our taste and manners. For instance, I would prefer calm places while Ghazal does not mind crowded ones. It is up to everyone’s manly bubble.

The nature of the products and services provided in the restaurant industry are based on customer satisfaction with the food and services that each location provides. Providing a selection of delicious and well-presented food made with quality ingredients that are simple and good tasting is exactly what the customer wants. Most customers go to restaurants to meet with others socially in a friendly environment. Making sure the restaurant is clean, attractive, and the décor is consistent with the food and restaurant’s image and making sure the waiting staff knows that it is ok to allow customers to linger adds to the customer’s satisfaction in a restaurant. The restaurant industry is highly competitive in terms of price, service, location, and food quality and is often affected by changes in consumer trends, economic conditions, demographics, and the concerns about the nutritional content of the food.…

The authentic Mexican joint featuring homemade delicacies has plenty to offer if you are looking for the full Mexican experience. You may miss the restaurant due to the small sign but once you locate the building you are in for a good time. The atmosphere stands out from the time you enter the door to a Spanish greeting. Everyone has similarities to other people in some way, but it is the differences that make us unique and different from everybody else. Two of my classmates Lisa Gordon and Marcelo Hernandez seem like very busy and active people in their everyday life. They have their own types of hobbies, activities, desires and educational goals. Although they have a couple of similarities in those aspects, it is their differences that stand out the most. It seems that coming from two different states to end up in the same one really brought out the variety of differences two people can experience. Lisa and Marcelo are very dissimilar and seek different desires in life, but would very well get a long in a book club as they both like to read.…

Walking into a fast food joint, one expects to be met by a sweet aroma of the delicious foods that are quite appealing. Considering they are supposed to serve customers as fast as they can while at the same time maintaining quality service. Upon entering a fast food restaurant, one would expect to have a view of the whole place in a glance, with counters just around the bend for customers to make their purchase. One would also expect to find people around helping customers make fast purchases as well as clearing tables for people to eat. Without such quality, a fast food restaurant cannot be up to par. Burger King is the fast food restaurant I visited a few days ago, and fortunately did not disappoint my expectations; rather, I was surprised by their smooth, fast service and tasty foods as well as the restaurant itself.…

The main purpose of this ethnography is to compare the norms of the employees when the manager is present at Restaurant X and when he or she is absent. Norms are the behavior within a society or a group.…
