Debbie Drewniak was the woman who was hit by a car while the driver was tecting and driving, now she has a double vision, her arms doesn’t work very well, her balance is not good, and she have hard time talking and remembering stuff. She is an adult women who before used to work sixty or more hours per week, traveling around the world, but now her sister Elizabeth and her brother Karl have to take care of her. The goal for this class is that the first two years, gives students statistics and try to prevent them from doing it and the last two year, which usually is the time that students get their permit or driver’s licence and start driving, the class tries to repeat everything over and over again so that students don’t do it. In our class, we will give our students statistics, we will have guest representors who were either in the distracted driving accident or were the cause of the distracted accident and they will talk to the student about their story and try to stop students from doing the same mistake. Also we will have field trips to garages where they take cars after accident, so they can visually see what can happen. I believe that this class will actually work because i remember my senior year that after every fifteen minutes, all of my friends were scared and actually tried to prevent doing the same mistake. But since every fifteen minutes was a short thing, after a day or two, everyone forget about it, just like commercials. So i want my class to be a four year class so students won’t forget about distracted driving. It is actually like 2x2 in math. We all know the answer is four without even thinking about it, because it was repeated over and over again that it’s memorized in our brains. This is exactly my goal for this class, repeat everything over and over so students memorize everything, and also we want our students to be little scared as well because we all know when kids, humans in general, are scared are something they will never do it. So if my students actually find the fear of distracted driving, they will not try to do it and we will see a huge rate drop of distracted

Driver distraction can be defined as a diversion of the mental attention away from activities or skills needed for safe driving and completion of the activity. A distraction is a fact of having a person’s concentration disturbed by any external or internal stimuli. These external stimuli causes the driver’s cognitive skills to be used to analyse both the road situation and the secondary task, resulting to the impairment of the driver’s situational consciousness, decision-making skills and driving performance. Then it is considered as a hard one where there is a child in the backseat and will make it harder for drivers. Therefore the drivers need to have good fours on all these distractions as it will make the driver to make an accident. The accident occurs if the drivers fall on any one of the distraction. This article is another informative work on the dangers on distracted driving. This article, however, includes distractions from hands-free devices that allow one to have a phone conversation without holding a phone to his or her ear. A study showed that someone texting or having a conversation on a wireless headset drove as poorly as someone whose blood alcohol concentration was above the legal limits in Australia and Spain, where this was tested (0.5 grams per liter). The study also found that when the conversation over the headset was simple, the driver drove as someone under the influence of alcohol with a 0.4 g/L BAC. When the conversation was intense, the driver drove similar to someone with a BAC of 0.7, which is almost illegal in the United States. When texting, the study found someone drives similar to someone with a BAC of 1, which is illegal in every country mentioned.…
