Nonrational Decision Making Essay

There are four steps to making a decision making which is known as rational decision making. The four steps are 1.Identifying the problem or opportunity, 2. Thinking up alternative solutions, 3. Evaluating alternatives and seeking solutions, and 4. Implementing and evaluating the chosen solution. The two steps to nonrational decision making are 1. Satisficing and 2. intuition. ( Kinicki & Williams, 2016). In the rational decision making once you are able to identify what the situation may be you always think of ways that will help solve a problem or achieve a goal and put it into action.
