Not Everyone Survives When being challenge with an unexpected survival situation, men have always had the potential to overcome any obstacle. With that being said; those who survive life will also have those who have not yet beaten the odds. Survival is the art of surviving beyond any event. According the online etymology dictionary, survival means to remain alive; to outlive. To survive the obstacles of life means that one should be willing to put themselves on the line whether it means to have all odds against them. With the proper attitude, the mind has the power to will the body to extraordinary outcomes. Knowing where your faults and weaknesses are will help to avoid problems. While obtaining characteristics, such mental skills have been proven to be more significant than just obtaining physical skills.
One’s attitude is the most important factor of survival. A positive attitude has a very strong influence on the mentality and motivation necessary for setting goals in life. By setting any type of commitment or goal, this will allow characteristics such as motivation and determination to flourish when confronted with petty conflicts. Though when having the proper outlook on life, this will allow anyone to focus more on their destination of getting a certain job, obtaining their dream house or simply making a good impression. According to Henry Ford, “If you think you can or you think you can’t, you are right.” Meaning one must defeat their negative thoughts and adapt to the positive and optimistic "can do attitude,” or they will be consumed with hopelessness as a result.
In today’s society it is acceptable to want more than others. Many have come to compare themselves with others and target the obvious reasons of why they are different. Don’t compare yourself to others. This is hard to do, but it can be a great way to accept who you are and what you have. Most have a tendency find them
