I'm attaching two documents. The first documents are the answers to your most recent questions. The second is a proposal for Scottish Power based on the input that you have provided along with some direct knowledge of Scottish Power known to Electrocon.
We have been working directly with Scottish Power since before we started working with you. We have kept our conversation between the parties separate as we would between any groups. However, I needed to let you know that we have been working with them which will explain why we know so much about the data that they have available for creating the CAPE database.
We also know that they are in the process of acquiring an IPS asset management system which would ultimately connect to CAPE via the IPS-CAPE bridge module. I have included this module in the price quote. They also have Siemens PSS/E and therefore I have included the information on our CAPE-TS Link which works in conjunction with PSS/E. …show more content…
I have shown prices for both CAPE Package-Standard and CAPE Ultimate, however, we know that they require some of the optional modules which are included in CAPE Ultimate and therefore recommend this configuration.
If we are incorrect on any of these assumptions regarding the data that could be used to prepare a network map, we would recommend that you simply indicate that they should contact Electrocon directly to discuss these concerns and what we can offer under contract to help them make the transition easier.
After you review the proposal, please feel free to contact me with any questions that you may
