Nuqul Group Case Study
The group success is based on a founded realization that there is a constant demand for change. The organization was one of the first to systemize the flow of information, to standardize pay scales. They review their policies and procedures regularly, follow technological development in computer and electronic archiving and take the required training that goes along with these innovations. Their files are well organized and information is easily retrieved, moved from being a family enterprise to a share-holding company. Became international and each group has a five year business plan based on scientific strategic analysis and multi reports on all aspects.

It also means that they are committed to conserve resources as when they plant trees in place of those they cut for their products. Developed paper tissue from Eucalyptus trees which has a shorter life span, it also means that they conserve and not waste water in all possible means since their paper mills depend heavily on water. The group adopted a cross docking project in order to decrease fuel consumption for distribution and reducing the travel distances. They also have their own natural gas plant which is monitored constantly to reduce emissions of pollution to air; they do their research and follow how their business might affect the climate change. .They sellthe waste of their products and ensure it is being recycled or disposed in an environmentally friendly way. The group adopted the use of biodegradable plastic for all Nylon components of their product packaging.
