Nursing appeals to me greatly, not just because of the personality of the study but also the social and interactive nature of practice. I comprehend there is a constant challenge where compassion, empathy, and courage are essential. Furthermore, there is a continual need for indefatigable motivation. I assisted serving of meals to residents plus helping run activities while at the nursing home to ensure the residents remain physically fit and mentally stimulated. When at the school I developed my ability to communicate effectively with individuals who have a range of disabilities, including physical, mental and communication barriers. My vocational experience has helped me invaluably to extend my passion far beyond the ambit of the curriculum and provided me with vital information that I use in lessons.
