Bello - Director, Project Financial Management Unit INTRODUCTION The meeting commenced at exactly 10.00 am at the Conference Room of the Ministry of Trade, Investments and Cooperatives, State Secretariat Complex, Ibadan and the meeting began with self introduction, first by the World Bank team and followed by the State team. PURPOSE OF VISIT The World Bank team leader, Dr. Stanley Garuba made it clear that the team was in Oyo State to assess the human and material resources especially the State Operation Coordinating Unit on ground in the State so as to determine the level of compliance with the World Bank guidelines. Most of the colleague time achievement of such people is also to showcase others shortcomings (and not their own is strengths!
