According to the research, organizational effectiveness can be described as how organization to compete with others, how quickly they bring new product to the market they want to focus, how they try to attract the potential employee etc. In sum, organizational effectiveness is focused on the business performance of a company (Flexstudy, 2013). Within the development of economy, organizational effectiveness takes an important part of innovation in business management. The popularity of organizational effectiveness comes from the continuous change. The rapidly change, complexity, and accidental enhance of environment becomes the main trends, people starts to considered global competitive, organization updates, competitive advantage, and employee relationships. Increasing the organizational effectiveness is a base of face with change and improves the competitiveness. Normally, corporate use their organizational effectiveness as a sustainable competitive advantage to compete with other companies. In order to be more effective, organizations has some different points of view, base on the study of Kirk Kramer, the main measures should be leadership, decision making and structure, people, work processes and systems, culture (2011). Effectiveness becomes a priority goal for organization development. In order to reach this goal, organization should have the ability of clear vision& priorities, clear decision roles, appropriate structure with the objectives, talent, measures and high performance culture etc. According to the Daft, there are four key effectiveness approaches can help with organizations, such as goal approach, resource- based approach, internal process approach and strategic constituents approach.
