One thing Called Serendipity

It is an amazing world, you never know who you will come across on the road. Vera, a college student from an ordinary family, is fond of everything concerned with foreign staff, especially music. When she was young, tape was the only way for her to get in touch with it. However, if she wanted to know the emotion in songs, she should learn English well. As a saying goes, habit is the best teacher. It made things easier when she learned it. After years’ learning, she could communicate with others. Her listening and speaking ability are quite good. But they had no choice for it was related to their credit. Different from other students, Vera was absorbed in it. That night, the teacher introduced another overseas TV programme. Driven by curiosity, she looked up at the screen. A guy, unruly hair, wild eyeliner, black fingernails, how dare a boy make up himself like this, he must be crazy. Then came the music. “Oh, his voice... fierce vocals, sounds great. He actually can handle his voice easily no matter how high or how low. That might be a little overstated.” Frankly, Vera was totally lost in his music world the moment she listened. Adam Lambert possessed unremitting onstage energy. The song was soon over, but the journey for loving him just began and would be forever. “Thanks for Adam’s fantastic performance.” the host said. “Adam Lambert, why i’m so familiar with this name, it must live in somewhere of my mind.” she closed her eyes, trying to find when he came to be craved in mind. “ Oh,

Communication and being able to communicate is the foundation for many other areas of children`s development. Children need to be able to use and understand speech and language in order to learn. For example, being able to ask, `What`s that?` or, `How do I do this?` and being able to understand the reply is an important part of children`s learning. Speech, language and communication also support children`s emotional and social development. For example, being able to express feelings such as, `I`m scared` or, `I don’t like that`. Every suggested tempo was tried. Every dynamic was attempted. I tried so hard I thought I would explode but, even with this effort I made plenty of mistakes. Each lesson I was given another “friendly critique”, feeling me with dread. It had never been as hard to please Rachel as it had been to please Mrs. Zhang. It was a constant struggle for me to stay eager to learn in her lessons. I had confronted my parents on my struggle only to be given uncaring remarks and a sarcastic “sorry” from my mother. Music is a key factor in my life, now and has been for as long as I remember. Music is one thing that can control my mood and emotions unlike any other. The sounds and melodies of the composition have the potential to sway my moods from a dark gloomy state all the way to a joyous and soothing harmonic atmosphere. Music allows me to control how and what I want to be, or represent. Music is almost like picking out a favorite outfit. When one picks out an outfit to wear they most likely pick an outfit that expresses them and how they are feeling at that direct moment. They have the ability to change shoes, accessories, or their hairstyle to make it appealing to their particular desires, just as one has the will to change a song on their ipod, or flip the channel on a local radio station. Recently, my life has been undergoing many changes. I am now starting to apply myself in a way that allows me to develop my potential and show forth the results as an outcome of the pursuance of fulfilling my aspirations. More than ever now I am starting to realize that “you get out of life what you put in”. Life is dependent only on “what you bring to the table”. If one tends to put in minimal effort then one should not expect to experience a great aftermath. I have chosen three songs that apply to my life right now in the stance that I am currently in. Its ironic that all of these songs are from different genres, songwriters, and generations but, they somehow tie into my life perfectly. The main theme of the “soundtrack of my life” is “overcoming obstacles and changing that are essential to the growth and the perseverance of an individual”.…

The energy and vibe at the Drake concert was so live and intense. The vitality of the crowd was very immense. Although he is known as Drake, the superstar singer, rapper, songwriter and composers birth name is Aubrey Drake Graham. Mostly famous for writing flirtatious songs to attract the attention of many female celebrities, Drake offers a new artistic wrinkle in comparison to MCs who can only rhyme. Beyond being able to carry a note and his lyrical dexterity, it’s the directness and contemplation that underlines Drake’s words that implement him to associate with fans on a more profound level. And that is typically what his musical selections varied from; songs that revolved around the expression of his feelings. His first mixtape, So Far Gone was a temperamental collection of tracks that discloses the anecdote of his ascent into adulthood. Girl troubles, pains of growing and uncertainty are the emotions apprehended on the set. It was a rare craft and as he and producer Noah Shebib sampled from many well-known rap tracks and ambiguous hipster sounds to create a pop shine that was absorbable for the masses. And the other albums, Thank Me Later, Take Care and Nothing Was the Same were his glorified pieces of work that gracefully displayed his feelings and I could here every heart felt emotion in the lyrics.…
