Garcia, Gretchen A. “Online Research Repository for Urdaneta City University”, Master in Information Technology, Institute of Graduate Studies, Colegio de Dagupan, Dagupan City, December 2013.
Adviser: Terry Ann C. Cayabyab, MAM, MIT The study focused on the design and development of Online Research Repository for Urdaneta City University. Specifically, it sought to: identify the existing theses and dissertations management procedures; identify the hardware and software requirement of the system; identify the features of the system; test the acceptability of the system; and describe the developed system. The developer used rapid application development model with phases like requirements planning, user design, construction, and cut-over. Stakeholders’ participation was sought to gather the requirements. After which the elicited requirements were converted to UML designs. These serve as guide in the development of the system. The acceptability of the system was tested on various dimensions such as usability, reliability, performance, maintainability and security dimensions.
