OM is one of the three major functions of any organization,and it is integrally related to all the other business functions.All,organizations market,finance,and produce,and it is important to know how the activity functions.
OM let us understand what operations managers do,regardless of you job in an organization,you can perform better if you understand what operations managers do.
OM provides a major opportunity for an organization to improve its profitability and enhance its service to society.
OM is such a costly part of an organization.A large percentage of the revenue of most firms is spent in the OM function.In deed,OM provides a major opportunity for an organization to improve its profitability and enhance its service to society.
And synergies must exist with other functional areas of the organization,operations account for 60% and 80% of the direct expenses that burden a firm’s profit.And current issues in OM is Managing the customer’s experience during the service encounter.
Good operational management strategy has the following effects: make enterprise focus on their own future, and constantly look at the future of the enterprise operating the impact of current decisions. make the enterprise strengthen the rational allocation of resources, optimize the structure of resources, maximize and resource efficiency; promote enterprises to improve the method of decision-making, and optimize the organizational structure,build the daily management based on orderly system, and strengthen the coordination,the enterprise’s communication and control functions of the enterprise, constantly improve the management efficiency , help the enterprises to enhance cohesion;
According to the specific market environment for the correct operation strategy, Ikea make a huge commercial success.
