Introduction
Organizational behavior can also be described as the science human behavior. How an individual or a group of employees react in the organizational activities. Knowledge in this sector helps the leader to operate the member of his or her group in the right way that can benefit the whole company in achieving its ultimate goal. Organizational behavior helps the managers to know about his subordinates, how they react, how to motivate them, how to persuade them in doing something, how to bring out the best effort of them for the company’s vision while keeping their personal interests intact. A manager or a leader of a team or group can successfully steer all the members stationed under him with the help of the knowledge about organizational behavior.
