My chosen career has a pretty good base to base salary ladder and average salary; the annual average salary for my career is $217, 000 as the job is risky(It involves surgery), requires lots of skill, and needs lots of experience hence its long process. As I grow as a doctor, I will climb the opportunity ladder. This opportunity ladder grows from an orthotist to general surgery and then an orthopedic surgeon. Through these stages, I may get pay raises. But getting through these stages is not at all fun and games. I will have to pass tests, work very hard, and do my best. Some other opportunities will be working in big hospitals willing to contract expensive jobs like orthopedic surgeons to their hospitals. Usually, these hospitals are found in metropolitan, or populated areas. Despite all the hassle, I will still enjoy the job and work my best at
