There were three acts the first act was called daily life. It was all about how they lived their lives on a daily basis. In between act one and act two three years go by. The second act was called love and marriage it was about how the two teenages fell in love and got married and had kids. Between the second and third act nine years go by. The relationship of the actors that played George and Emily were very believable because I thought that they were around 18 or 19 when in reality they were in their 30s. The other characters were also very believable to me they acted like mother and daughter, father and son etc. The stage manager is the only one that didn’t stay in character because he forgot to get the chair once and he said oh shoot and then he went straight back into character. None of the actors were wearing mics or anything the acoustics were amazing in the theater. I could hear every word that was said on the stage and it was great the way they said some of the words made it seem like the play was written in modern times not the early 1900s. The motions that the actors made were very realistic. Like they said if they didn’t know how or was unsure of the movements that were supposed to be made they took the object and opened it or did what they needed to to then they would wean off of it. Some of the things that they did were very modern and I don’t know if I liked that about it. They were very interesting to watch because they never lasted too long on a movement or never dwelled on a saying and that made them easier to watch. I think that their movements were natural somewhat because some of the movement were not very natural because some of the movements
