Systems Analysis is the term that analysts will look for solutions to the problem. They will analyse the components and the hardware itself then come up with possible solutions. Analysing the situation in which you believe it could be improved. Improvements which could make the business better. Suggested solutions from colleagues and technicians could be taken into action. In a business the systems would eventually go wrong, something would happen to it either internally or externally. A phone call would be made to a well-known technician. There are many reasons of why organisations may need a better system. Most importantly because they obviously want to make profit and be the best business possible. Many organisations are known for many types of businesses. There may be a change to the business, staff etc. which has affected the old system. Organisations would usually have factors which they believe would affect their business. Therefore now the organisation is in need of a more reliable system. IT technicians would be hired, requirements would be given, and development is in their hands.
