Introduction
In this assignment I am going to research and describe the different stakeholders who influence the purpose of the De Namaste restaurant and Scope. Stakeholders are individuals who has some interest in the functioning the business.
The different types of stakeholders who influence De Namaste restaurant are as follows:
Employees
The employees who work in the De Namaste restaurant are their stakeholders. They try to provide the good customer services to the customers so they get nice feedback from them. Employees expect that their wages should be pay on time from the owners of the organisation. If owner do not pay the wages on time them employees will not work efficiently. Hence they will lose their customers and hard to make profit. To attract more customers and make enough profit, the owner of De Namaste restaurant should pay wages in time, offer bonus, pay holidays and motivate them to do work effectively as much they can.
Suppliers
Suppliers are also one of the stakeholders who help to affect the purpose of De Namaste restaurant. They provide huge number of stock like food items for the restaurant. They want steady orders from them and full payment on time. If they do not receive full payment on time then they will not provide the raw materials to the De Namaste restaurant. If they do not have enough raw materials then they cannot make product and services to the customers and they will lose their customers.
Customers
Customers are the one of the stakeholders to influencing the De Namaste because they want a business to produce high quality of product and services as well as value for money products. If customers are satisfy with their product and services they will buy more products continuously and helps to increase in sales of the business.
