According to the PLUS Ethical Decision Making Model, there are seven steps to ethical decision making which includes defining the problem, seek out relevant assistance, guidance, and support, identify alternatives, evaluate the alternatives, make the decision, implement the decision, and evaluate the decision. These decisions should also assist the employees to address legal and governing issues in which they may face. Employees should exhibit proper behavior that reflects moral conduct. Organizations should place leaders in authority that encourages a culture of fulfillment. Leaders should be held responsible to regard highly the mission, values, and principles of an organization. They should generate values for the employees within the organization. Leaders at all stages must role model accountability. Integrity and ethics are essential standards. When these values are not implemented, it is impossible to build a relationship of trust between individuals. Integrity indicates completeness between a person actions and words. In (Micah 6:8 ESV), God always requires his people to be just, merciful and walk humbly with him. We should always treat everyone fairly when dealing with them, and grant mercy to people who have mistreated us. God wants us to humble ourselves that he will be glorified in our life.
