Panyee Football Club Film Analysis
Life is a journey every step you take you must be determined or else life shall crumble in front of your eyes. In the panyee football club short film determination was their big goal. The boys in panyee football club are very determined they show this through not giving up when the villager laughs at them, they don't give up because their pitch is shaky and most of all when they solve the problem of the rain.

They are determined because they don’t let the villager stop their hope when he thinks their plan of becoming world champions. For instance instead of just giving up when the villager laughs “ look around you look where you live “ they continue cheering. They do know that it will be hard for them because space is not something they

The other team was really good. But when the game started they found out they were better than they thought. The platform was much easier to play on. The pitch in the game was not shaky uneven. Instead it was nice and smooth. Since they had to learn how to play on a wet and uneven surface and this pitch is nice and smooth it was much easier for them than the other team because there footwork has improved. The big goals were also a much easier than the little ones at their pitch so they could score and pass much easier. So with all these skills that they know better than the other team made them win the other game. This shows me that their hard work did pay off. If they just worked once or twice and then entered the contest they would of lost because they have not practiced enough. Then they would have gave up like they did with practice and think that they will never ever become soccer champions because they just can’t. To those kind of people they want to achieve things but they have to achieve it without doing anything but they have to achieve it and when they don’t they just give up. The boys are not like this. They are very passionate and determined and hardworking. Whatever they can to achieve that goal or dream or whatever they want to achieve. They win the game and go to the semi finals. When they have time they always practice and practice for the semi finals. But the Semifinals does not start out good. It is raining hard and their cleats are filled with water which slows them down a lot. The boys did not have much practice with cleats they are used to playing barefeet the other team did have practice with cleats. Soon the other team has two points and the boys have zero points. After a bad first half the boys know they have to do something about the problem. This is what I personally like about the boys, They are very determined and will try to solve every problem they face. They don’t give up at all. They might not

It had been a long and tough game. The sun was beating down on us and we were all tired when all of a sudden the game’s time limit ran out. We were all tense because no one knew the score. The ref said that the game was tied. We all exhaled. We hadn't even realized we were holding our breaths. That meant we all had to do PKs (Penalty kicks) until one team won.…

Everyone wants to win. But should that be a child’s top priority? Children’s sports should be more focused on cooperation and pure fun. The physical and psychological negatives are not worth the feeling of winning a game or making a team. Competitive sports have too many negatives that outweigh the positives and should be either removed or restructured. After children are fully prepared and mentally and psychologically developed, by age twelve or so, children can move on to playing to win.…

It’s that mentality that gets in your head that you are winning and you should not try as hard; we played very sloppy soccer in the second half and I myself didn’t run as hard as I had in the previous half. Vanguard came out with a chip on their shoulder and anger inside their bodies. They attacked us from all angles and played like how they were supposed to, passing, shooting and scoring. The intensity of the game picked up and our luck with holding Vanguard scoreless was gone when there left forward shot the ball right over my foot and then into the right corner passed our goalkeeper. The score now was tied 1-1 and I could start to see the change in momentum as the Vanguard players cheered and we started arguing with each other. It reminded me of the exact situation earlier in the first half when we scored. We woke up and played back with the same determination that we had in the first half, and I was finally moving the ball down the field for our offense to score, but we were unable to get a goal into the back of the net. With only 15 minutes left in the game, I knew it was crunch time, live or die, score or go home type of situation. My jersey felt like it weighed twenty pounds with all the sweat bearing down on it. Vanguard continued to press their big, fast and strong guys up the field putting pressure on our defense, and when they scored that second goal, our whole team spirit just seemed to die. Vanguard`s talent had finally broken through just like in the earlier games against us. Now we were the ones losing and it was our turn to score. Yet we had trailed through most of our games anyway, so this was familiar situation. Vanguard continued to improve on their play in the second half and shut down our offense as we tried to score. Our coach took our one of our midfielders and put an extra forward in to try and help score but that left our dense…

Once kids have been through a year or two in sports, they start to forget the pressure and remember the fun. There may be those times when you are at your basketball game, the score is tied and now you have to take the free throw to win the game. Some kids may feel the pressure, a lot. Others may just shoot like it’s nothing. That is because they are used to the pressure. When you are on a competitive sports team, you get used to pressure. Then once you are used to the pressure, then you can start to have more fun.…

First, when kids try out for sports teams they learn important life lessons that will be helpful later on. If you aren’t happy with your finish, your team still might get points, for which you have to be happy about. Until you get to regionals, your individual scores don’t really count towards anything, besides your own achievement. All that matters until then is your team's outcomes. You learn how to want to succeed for more than just yourself, which has been beneficial for me in my life overall. In the end, it is a team sport and you represent your school as one.…

Before taking this English 101-A course, I had a particular perception when it came to writing essays and English language. In High school, I was a really lazy student. As lazy as they can come, I was that times 10. For as long as I can remember I had always coasted through Elementary school and Middle school with really great grades. I would take honor roll courses and get straight A’s and 1 B almost every year. So by the time I had reached my first year in High school 9th grade, I decided I didn’t have to pay attention to anything or anybody because I thought I was so smart. I literally attended school from 9th grade to 12th grade to pass. I thought it would serve no higher purpose to me other than a time to get in some solid nap time, get…

Poor working conditions have been present for centuries. Often times little or nothing is done unless a tragedy occurs to persuade the public to rally for worker rights. This was definitely the case in the United States during the Industrial Revolution and even late in the 20th Century. These conditions have for most purposes disappeared in the United States, with the exception of some in the agricultural sector. However, internationally, mainly in poor third world countries, that is far from the truth. Large corporations from the United States have moved a large portion of their factories overseas to circumvent the strict working regulations within the United States. The third world countries such as Vietnam, China, South Korea, and Taiwan provide access to readily abundant cheap labour. These corporations could now…
