Mission
Veg Restaurant will provide a nutritional and educational experience that focuses on the importance and awesomeness of fresh vegetables and fruits. An interactive restaurant experience will make customers and their children involved in the selection of their meals, making healthy eating enjoyable and apparently doable. By focusing on the modern San Francisco family unit, Veg Restaurant aims to make healthy eating the norm.
Concept
The underlying theme of the restaurant will be the inclusion of an on site garden, which guests interact with to become involved with the preparation process. Guests will be welcome to inspect the garden and select specific vegetables and fruits to be included in their meal. The restaurant will be heavily family oriented with an emphasis on involving children in the experience. Littered with nutritional facts and general information concerning vegetables and fruits, the facility itself will be an eye-catching and engaging aspect of the experience. As part of the family, well-behaved dogs will also be welcome at the restaurant, where they will receive their own nutrition packed menus.
Customers
