Past Tense and Structure
Completing Sentence :
If যুক্ত কোন বাক্যের প্রথম অংশ present tense হলে পরের অংশ হবে future tense।
Structure---- If + subject + verb + object + , + subject + shall / will + verb +object.
Example--If I come out in the classroom, I shall miss the lesson.
If যুক্ত কোন বাক্যের প্রথম অংশ past tense হলে পরের অংশ হবে past conditional।
Past Conditional---- subject + should / would + verb +object
Structure---- If + subject + verb এর past form + object + , + subject + should / would + verb +object.
Example-- If I received the mobile, I would know about the matter.
If যুক্ত কোন বাক্যের প্রথম অংশ past perfect tense হলে পরের অংশ হবে perfect conditional।
Perfect Conditional---- subject + should have / would have + verb এর past participle +object
Structure---- If + subject + had + verb এর past participle + object + , + subject + should have / would have + verb এর past participle +object.
Example-- If I had gone to the place, I would have solved the matter.
Had দিয়া কোন বাক্য শুরু হলে বুঝতে হবে যে বাক্যের had যুক্ত অংশ টি হল past perfect tense এবং পরের অংশ হবে perfect conditional।
Structure---- Had + subject + verb এর past participle + object + , + subject + should have / would have + verb এর past participle +object.
Example-- Had I been there, I would have solved the matter.
If এর পরে were বসে কোন বাক্য শুরু হলে বা কোন বাক্য শুরু বা শেষের ধরণ এ রুপ হলে If......were, তা solve করার নিয়ম
Structure---- If + subject + were + object + , + subject + would / could / might + object.
Example-- If I were a king, I could solve the matter.
In complete sentence এ যদি the place.....where উল্লেখ থাকে তা solve করের নিয়ম,
Structure---- Subject + helping verb + the place where + subject + verb + object.
Note: কোন কোন ক্ষেত্রে place এর স্থানে কোন স্থান এর নাম দেওয়া থাকতে পারে।
Example-- A railway station is the place where trains stop.
কোন বাক্য in spite of / despite দিয়ে শুরু হলে বা বাক্যের কোথাও in spite of / despite থাকলে কমার পরের অংশের গঠন হবে এই রূপ subject + verb +
