Self-esteem

will help me to aim for the highest and knowing the I could do any thing as long as I set my mind to it.
Being comfortable with yourself and accept myself for who I am will helps me to meet every day challenge in medical field as learning lesion to become successful in my job.

Self-image
I

see my self-image in future become a Obstetricians doctor for the child who born ill and with disability. I will make sure I answer any question or concern the family member have to as will do any thing I can do to make the family member happy and the baby.

self-confidence
I

will have positive selfconfidence in my job and knowing that I could get my job done. But if I come to a task where it seem impossible for me to do it or I don’t know I how to complete. I will not let to much self-confidence get on my way. I will ask someone to help t me complete the job .

Believe in yourself
I know that failure doesn't mean that you could not be successful.
I know that I'm not good on taking blood pressure but practice make better. I will practice taking blood pressure of my family and friend to make me become successful at it,

know that feed-back will me be to work at my weakness and to become better at what I do in my job. I will accept feed-back as complement and searches deep down inside of me and try to change any bad habit I have.

will always work hard to reach my goal and I'm going to take my homework very seriously. I will make sure I get the work done to my best ability. I will go to college to become Obstetricians.

Mental health is reliant on a range of influences and each factor needs to be addressed to ensure that we maintain equilibrium and can be the best version of ourselves. Anyone can be affected by mental health problems and often they occur because of a lack of care for our physical, emotional and intellectual needs. Physically, it is important to maintain a healthy diet, take regular exercise and practice good sleep hygiene. Emotionally, human beings need to feel a connection with other people. Having an active social life, close friends, being involved in the community as well as engaging with a personal sense of spirituality, all these things contribute to our emotional well-being. Intellectually, we must feel challenged. This can be in an academic capacity or through exercising skills, such as playing an instrument, being creative or doing the crossword puzzle. Increasing our self-reflection and awareness of our emotions and behaviour also contributes to our mental wellness. Some aspects of mental illness are biological and these types of ailments require the use of medications as part of treatment. For example, the use of mood stabilisers, anti-psychotic drugs, benzodiazepines are all effective ways to manage the symptoms of mental illness however, doctors often find that they have to experiment with doses and medications to find the right fit for the patient. Being able to understand our bodies stress response, from an evolutionary perspective, can provide insight and allow us to learn and grow.
