I know from experience, finding one employee who takes the initiative, embraces a challenge, knows what is expected and goes above and beyond are one in a million. I am confident that my past experience will translate well into the position of Field Interviewer.
To be perfectly honest, I am not a "fancy, powder-puff resume'" person. I am the one behind-the-scene, busting my brains, getting things done and done right. When there is a problem, I solve it. When there is a deadline, I beat it. When there is a goal, I exceed it. Everything I know, I have learned from experience. I jumped in and had the initiative, was determined and moreover, tenacious.
My qualifications, skills and experience as a Dental Assistant, inriched my
life for 15 years. I assisted one Doctor with a double-booked schedule and three (3) chairs. I not only assisted, but also filed Primary and Secondary Insurance claims, which included Medicaid and Medicare Insurance as well. Not to mention patient deductables, co-pays and payment contracts. On top of that, I covered a second Doctor, twice a week. I had two (2) Doctors, six (6) chairs and a doubled-book schedule.
I took two (2) years off to follow my dream of becoming a counselor, but life happens. My Doctor opened his own practice and made me an offer I could not pass up. The entire office was mine, I wore many hats Office Manager, HR, AR/AP, Insurance Billing and Adjusting. I worked 12-15 hours a day and loved every minute.
I moved Oklahoma and worked at KTR Trucking and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, the largest in the United States. At KTR, I constructed and implemented the first employee handbook, the first MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) guide book to OSHA standards and regulations. I worked closely with Goodyear to improve service, dependability and increased overall production. In addition, devised a different configuration of loading tires, which saved 1.3 million a year. Futhermore, I won the first contract with Republic Paperboard to load and unload trailers, which involved the complete construction of a new yard, organized and maintained the office and implimented the policy and procedure guidelines.
The Field Interviewer position in Evansville, Wyoming is a perfect fit. I am self-starter, motivated and do not require daily reminders. I enjoy meeting people, have an outgoing personality and I conduct myself in a professional and courtious manner. Moreover, I will bring energy, tenacity and dedication that will ensure precise, accurate data is collected and in an efficient and timely manner. Also, I can and will travel whenever and wherever as needed, including overnight and assisting in any way I can to achieve success.
It is not a stepping stone or temporary job until something better comes along. It is a new and exciting opurtunity to make a diffrence, to meet people from all cultures and to be proud of the work I am doing in my community. I will be commited and invested to a long-term career as a Field Interviewer. Frankly, I want this job, not only because it is absolutly perfect, but also I would be amazingly great at it.
Sincerely,
