Personal Narrative: My Specific Goals
- My Specific Goal is to change my behavioral skills, quick anger and I want to be able to communicate better.
- Measuring my progress will be tough but I will try. I am not a journal type, I tend to ask others how I am doing.
- This change is a meaningful because it can change my life and it is affordable and inner change.
- A realistic change for me would be to hold my anger in and breath because I let that out and show it fast
-A time bound change this is something that I would do over time and break up into small goals.

I was on the right track in the beginning of this journey but as I got further along I started to fail. Overall, I did not complete any of my goals.…
