Personal Narrative: Teenage Zombie Apocalypse
"Isn't is obvious?" Steve asked. "You're debate skills will help convince the masses to see things our way."
"But we're just kids. Nobody's going to listen to us."
"Nobody's going to know that. With Britney's animation skills and my expertise in technology, we'll be completely anonymous. Nobody will be ever to track us."
"Okay. I'll do it."
"Really?" I asked.
"Sure", Madison said. "I love convincing people to see things my way."
For the next couple of weeks, Madison, Steve, and I tried to figure things out such as where are we going to make these videos, and what are we going to say? In the meantime, I avoided Mom as much as I could. I never went to the police because I was simply too afraid.
Two weeks later, Madison, Steve and I uploaded

"Of course it will", Madison said. "Just think back to all of those shows we used to watch when we were three and four years old. We learned from those shows because they were entertaining."
Our series was about a group of teenagers who were trapped in their school because of a zombie apocalypse. We called our series, Another Teen Zombie Show.
"The United States used to have a two-party political system", Mr. Williams said. Mr. Williams is one of the characters in our series, who's based on Mr. Sparks.
"But between 2035 and 2050", Mr. Williams said, "things changed. We now have a four-party political system. These four parties were created by all of the major companies in the United States."
Suddenly, the entire class heard the chime of the P.A system.
"May I have everybody's attention?" The Principle asked over the P.A system. "The school is now in lock down. All students and teachers are to remain in their classrooms until further notice. I ask all other staff members to come to the principle's office as well. Our security system has locked all classroom doors. They can only be opened from the inside."
Everybody in the classroom were scared.
"Okay everybody", Mr. Williams said to the class. "Please remain

"I'm going to see what's going on" Mr. William said.
Mr. Williams left the classroom. All seemed calm at first. Suddenly, blood splattered all across the classroom door window.
To be continued.
"The animation is so realistic", Steve said to me. "Where did you learn to animate?"
"I have a lot of free time", I said.
Within only a few days, the first episode of our series have received over a half a million views.
Two weeks later, another episode of Another Teen Zombie Show was uploaded. The second episode picked up where the first episode left off.
"What the fuck?" Clair said as she slowly approached the door.
"Clair", Mel said, "don't open it!"
"I'm not, Mel", Clair said. "I'm just gonna look out the window."
Clair looked out the classroom door window. "I don't see anything", she said.
Suddenly, on the other side of the classroom door, through the door window, a zombie jumped out right in front of Clair. Clair screamed.
As soon as the other students saw the zombie, they all jumped out of their seats and moved away from the door.
"What do we do?" Clair asked.
"I have an idea", John said.
"What's your idea?"

"The bell rang and we went to our next class, each of us knowing our classmate was in the locker, but none daring to open it up to let him out. I don't know if he yelled for help, if he banged on the metal locker to get our attention, or if he remained mute like that woman in the movie 'The Pit and the Pendulum.' Her locker was riddled with sharp spikes ready to pierce her when she could stand no longer. So he had it way better."…

The author asserts that the problem with American government is not the party but is instead the system of voting that creates the parties. The author begins by first stating the main problem with the two party system mainly the lack of choice it provides for the public. The author then compares our system with its plurality rules with the European parliamentary system of proportional representation. The author also explains that in some areas one party dominates elections in that area so the public has no way of really affecting government policy because they are only presented with one choice. The author points to the old solid south, which was solidly controlled by democrats, as an example. The author believes our two party system forces voters to be pick the lesser of two evils. He supports this claim by pointing to the fact that the two parties can only ever present two sides of an issue and this leaves the rest of the possible choices out of the picture.…

The 1830’s marked a new beginning in American Politics; the Second Party System. This is a period in time where the Whigs and Democrats emerged as the major political parties. The Whig Party was created by those who were against Presidents Jackson’s policies and who opposed the Democratic Party, while the Democratic-Republicans converted to Democrats. Although both parties aided in democratization, the parties ran on very different platforms (Norton, 2015).…

The US has a two party system, like the UK. One of the main reasons for this is because they both have a First-past-the-post voting system which is unlikely to change. Using this system, it enables two strong parties to be always competing with each other which can be argued as a good thing although it is also argued that it is unfair as it doesn’t give other parties an equal opportunity. A reason why these two parties are so dominant could be because they have ‘catch all’ policies so they attract a wider audience whereas third parties tend to have policies on specific issues such as the Green party which focus’ on environmental issues. One of…

In present-day times, the American political system is most frequently associated with the ongoing issues between political parties. Two major political parties that formed during the 1790s were The Democratic-Republicans (Anti Federalist party) led by Thomas Jefferson, and the Federalists, led by Alexander Hamilton. But several years ago these political parties did not exist and many of the leaders were pleased they didn’t. George Washington warned America’s people of the dangers of these separate parties in “The Farewell Address” an excerpt as shown in Document 4. He believed that political parties would divide our country and kindle animosity. Even though many tried to oppose them, political parties still began to rise. What lead to the rise of these political parties was the different views on the government, how to interpret the Constitution.…

He says that the extremes of the two-party system are becoming more moderate, so they are learning to work with each other and compromise. Noonan, a third-party supporter, says the opposite, that the two parties are so polarized as well as the citizens of the United States. Lizza would add that third-parties bring unvoiced issues to the table that is necessary to balance opinion. If Brooks is right, the other two opinions seem less convincing, but they are not insignificant. Personally, I would agree with Noonan that society and government is becoming extremely polarized. However, I don’t think a third-party is the remedy for the stark differences in opinion. Third parties, as Lizza said, do bring some controversial topics to the table, but, again, I don’t think this is enough to reform the strong partisanship in America. Brooks’s thought that the centrist ideology is calming the storm is the only hope we can…

This essay will discuss whether the theory of party is outdated or not.…
