Personal Reflection On Social Work

I found this project to be challenging at times. It seemed very unclear to me in the beginning and overwhelming, however, as time when on it seemed to become more clear. During the first group meeting we all established the areas that interested us and from there we assigned research topics accordingly. It turned out that we were slightly off base on how the project was to be completed and when we met for the second time as a group we reassigned topics to group members. I was given the topics of discharged planning, who would be part of the multidisciplinary team members and community supports. I also worked with Sierra to develop a teaching and learning plan.
