Personal Statement: A Challenge's Conquest Bequeaths

My entire life I have dedicated to education and the investment of my well-being for myself and others. By enriching the quality of my life, I can equate it's quality to the extent of my assistance to others. My resolve is to mature into a luminary role model who can inspire, educate, and support others who seek insight or a helping hand. In my ephemeral life, I desire and readily volunteer my services to others. I relish in the involvement of challenges with, or without merit. A challenge's conquest bequeaths a sense of self-admiration. I dedicate my life towards the education that satisfies my aspirations , as well as to the service of others. In my youth, I was educated in mannerisms. The basic concepts of mannerisms
would be services such as holding the door, bearing heavy objects, remaining silent in the presence of superiors or guests, handling items with caution, or requiring permission to do certain tasks. I can recall a memory that specifically relates to the significance of manners in my youth. At a local food market, I was nearby an exit doorway, when I noticed a woman carrying a large quantity of items about to leave. I was determined to assist the woman, so I held the door for her, and I excused any rudeness I may have inflicted upon her. Afterwards, I went to my grandmother's car and waited for her arrival with her groceries and my siblings. We are about to leave, but the woman from my previous encounter approached our vehicle. The woman wanted to compliment me to my grandmother, because I treated her with respect and with perfect mannerisms. This memory has always made an impression on me, because I can recall it as being one of the benefits of applying my manners and service to strangers.
