Personal Statement: Why I Want To Attend To College
Last year, only 39% of people from the ages eighteen to twenty-four made it into college. Not only do I want to attend to college, I want to get into an exceptional one. The college you graduate from, if any, makes a huge impact on your life. That’s why I want make it into a sterling college. In order to acquire a job that pays well, meet the right kind of people, and set a marvelous example for my future family, It is essential that I get into a college that positively reflects on me. One reason I want to get into an exceptional college is so that I can have a job that pays well. Without one, my family would not be able to afford necessities like food, shelter, clothing, and education. Also, with a high salary job, my family will be able to enjoy extra perks too. For example, we could afford to experience vacations and go out to eat more oftenly. With a job that pays well, I could contribute to society. I would be able to donate to charities, churches, and more. A job that pays well has many benefits, and to have one I need to make it into a superb college. …show more content…
Many people, including my parents, meet their future wives or husbands in college. It is very important that those people are nice, well rounded people. Many people also meet their best friends in college. My mom’s best friend shared a college dorm with her and that is how they met. If she had not gone to that same college, then she would have never met her best friend. The people you meet in college have an immense impact on your life. The wrong kind of people could ruin your life. They could influence you to do drugs, or get arrested. Depending on the college you attend to, you could either end up in jail or end up with excellent friends and a family who cares about
