My personal goals include working hard to do whatever it takes to reachall of my professional goals, make time to study hard and still have time to exercise, and lastly work on my Confidence. My professional goal is to become a lawyer and eventually a judge. Attending Mercer Law School could help me achieve my goals because they offer a variety of classes that will not only help me boost my confidence but also help me strengthen my other skills and weaknesses that way I could become a great lawyer. I can offer Mercer my down right dedication to not take their help in vein. That means I will make sure that I study hard what my professors are teaching me so it will not be a waste of their breathe and or a seat that could have been another students’. When I was in Elementary I had to get my adenoids taken out. They grew back and still effected my breathing so I had to get them removed again right along with my tonsils. When I first started college my first year was pretty ok. After that year life hit me and it hit me hard. I transferred to have a better opportunity and I got my acceptance letter literally 2 weeks before the spring semester started. Everything was a rush for me and when school started I tried to purchase my books with financial aid but however there was a problem where they didn’t even see me in their system. Since I did not have any money in my pocket and my mom didn’t work due to her own surgeries, there was nothing more I could do than wait. I ended up getting my money but the bookstore ran out of books and ended up ordering mine while I tried to use another classmate’s book. Long story short I ended up on academic probation because it was hard for me to play catch up that semester. Being that I have a large, extended family, I lost numerous of close people along the way. The biggest hit of my life and college year was my senior year when my brother got hit by a car and was in ICU. It was the same time span that I found out my mom had cancer and so did my granddaddy. I took a big toll on my senior year of college but instead of quitting and coming back I decided to work through it. I stand proud to say that I was a non-profit math tutor, I
